About Remote Court Users
Remote Court Users Ltd (company number 13149643) provides an administrative service that facilitates the transfer of County Court Judgments to the High Court for enforcement by High Court Enforcement Officers. We are not a law firm, we are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and we do not provide legal advice. Our service is administrative in nature.
Use of this website
By accessing and using this website (https://remotecourtusers.com), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Service description
Remote Court Users facilitates the administrative process of transferring County Court Judgments to the High Court. Our service includes:
- Reviewing Judgment details submitted through our client portal.
- Preparing and submitting the application for transfer to the High Court.
- Processing the sealed writ and allocating a High Court Enforcement Officer.
We do not carry out enforcement. Once a case is transferred and allocated to a High Court Enforcement Officer, the enforcement process is conducted by that officer, not by Remote Court Users.
Eligibility
To use our transfer service, you must have:
- A County Court Judgment for £600 or more.
- A debtor based in England or Wales.
- A Judgment that is not CCA regulated.
- A Judgment that is less than 6 years old.

Cancellation and refunds
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into a contract with us. If you request that we begin work within the cancellation period and we have commenced processing your application, you may be required to pay for the work already completed. Court fees paid to HMCTS are non-refundable once submitted.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
