He spent two decades watching businesses win in court and still not get paid.
With twenty-one years in private legal practice and fifteen years specialising in High Court enforcement, Amir has spent his career on both sides of the process that most businesses never fully understand. He knows what a Judgment can do. He also knows exactly what stops it from doing it.
In addition, he is an associate member of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association and has been involved in developing enforcement practice across England & Wales.
Why this matters to your case
Awarded an OBE
Awarded an OBE for Services to Court Users and the Law, one of the highest forms of recognition available in his field.
Dual expertise
Twenty-one years as a lawyer and fifteen of those years building specific expertise in High Court Enforcement, the mechanism that turns a court Judgment into actual payment.
CCUA Chairman
11 years on the board of the Civil Court Users Association, the national body that represents the interests of people and businesses using the Civil Court system.
That combination matters because the two things most enforcement companies lack are legal training and genuine peer recognition. Amir has both.
In Amir's words
"The thing that matters most to me is that recovery happens quickly and that the person owed money does not end up paying for the privilege of getting it back. That is the standard I hold every case to."

The background

He is an associate member of the High Court Enforcement Officers Association and has been involved in developing enforcement practice across England and Wales at an industry level.
