Portrait of Amir

Remote Court Users (RCU) was launched by its founder Amir Ali OBE, who has worked in Private Practice for 21 years conducting Debt Recovery and Dispute Resolution, 13 years in the High Court Enforcement arena and served on the Board of the Civil Court Users Association (CCUA) for 11 years (5 as Chairman).

Amir is uniquely positioned to offer RCU’s services in view of his over four decades of experience covering all aspects of the debt recovery ecosystem in the United Kingdom.

Amir Ali OBE, “The idea behind Remote Court Users has been 35 years in the making. Debt Recovery here in England & Wales has remained unchanged fundamentally over the last three decades. RCU aims to do the right thing, at the right time, for the right reasons – and reform the landscape for all”

“The thing that excites me the most is that we hope to scale swiftly and will donate £75 (on each case where recovery is successfully received in full, from the Defendant) to a Foundation we are building, whose sole purpose will be to work with several legal charities who offer legal advice to those in society that have no means.

Whether you are an SME owed funds, lawyer specialising in debt recovery / dispute resolution, local authority or utility, if you have a commercial, unregulated monetary judgment with a minimum value of £600, RCU is here and stands ready to assist.”
