We are an administrative service that facilitates the transfer of County Court Judgments to the High Court for enforcement. We are not a law firm and are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months, after which they are deleted. Client portal data and case information are retained for 6 years from the date the case is closed, in line with the Limitation Act 1980. You may request earlier deletion where there is no legal obligation to retain the data.
