For business owners owed money

You won your case. The money never came.

A County Court Judgment means the law is on your side. But without enforcement, that Judgment stays on paper. We turn Judgments into recovered money, and if we cannot, you pay nothing.

Takes less than five minutes. No obligation.

The truth about transfer-up

You do not need a solicitor for this.

Many people assume enforcing a Judgment means instructing a solicitor. It does not. Transfer-up is an administrative process, not a legal one. We handle it for a fixed administrative fee of £7 + VAT, plus the Court Fee.

You have already won your Judgment. You should not have to spend a fortune to enforce it.

How it works

Send us the details today.

Step 1

Tell us about your Judgment

Provide us with the key information from the Judgment Order. Once you are signed in, the system will walk you through it every step of the way.

Step 2

We take it from here

We review your Judgment and, where appropriate, transfer it to the High Court. That gives High Court Enforcement Officers the full legal authority to act. No chasing on your part. No phone calls to make.

Step 3

Your money gets collected

Enforcement officers attend the debtor's premises with the legal power to demand payment and, where necessary, seize and remove assets. The High Court Enforcement Officer will keep you updated every step of the way.

What you need to get started

  • A County Court Judgment for £600 or more
  • The debtor is based in England or Wales
  • The Judgment has not been paid, or has only been partially paid

That is it. You do not need legal representation. You do not need to understand the enforcement process. You do not need to have tried other options first.

What happens after you apply

Our team reviews your case, not an automated system, a real person. If your Judgment qualifies, we handle the transfer to the High Court and allocate your case to a High Court Enforcement Officer.

You will have access to your own portal where you can track progress at any time. If at any point we determine that enforcement cannot proceed, you owe us nothing.

You have options. Here is what each one actually looks like.

Write the debt off

Businesses in your position often do exactly this. Late and unpaid invoices cost UK businesses billions every year. The majority of that money is never pursued, not because it cannot be recovered, but because people assume a court Judgment was the final step. It was not.

Use a debt collection agency

Debt collection agencies send letters and make phone calls. For some debts, that works. For debts where the debtor has already ignored a court Judgment, letters rarely change anything. The debtor has already demonstrated that letters do not concern them.

Try to enforce it yourself

It is technically possible to apply for a High Court writ and instruct enforcement officers on your own. However, the process involves court filings, compliance requirements, and precise administrative steps. Errors in the application can result in delays or rejection, and coordinating directly with enforcement teams adds further complexity.

The alternative

We process transfer-up applications every day. Our system is built specifically to handle the administrative process of transferring your County Court Judgment to the High Court. Once transferred, High Court Enforcement Officers carry the full authority of the High Court to pursue recovery on your behalf.

Do you qualify?

Your debt is £600 or more. The debtor is based in England or Wales. You have a County Court Judgment. The debt is not CCA regulated. The Judgment is less than 6 years old.
