Remote Court Users (RCU) was founded and led by Amir Ali OBE, who has worked in Private Practice for 21 years conducting Debt Recovery and Dispute Resolution, 13 years in the High Court Enforcement arena and served on the Board of the Civil Court Users Association (CCUA) for 11 years.
